Pandanus Park Function Hire Terms & Conditions

 

BOOKINGS & CANCELLATIONS

Functions require a 25% deposit. Bookings are not classed as confirmed until a deposit has been received. Full payment for the event must be made prior to the event. Bookings and payments can be made and processed in-person, over the phone, or an invoice can be emailed to you.

GST is included in all pricing provided. Receipt can be emailed or provided to you for business tax purposes.

Additional guests exceeding your event limit will be charged at $25/pp upon arrival.

Cancellations must be made a minimum of 48 hours prior to the booking to receive a full refund.

In the event of rain or high temperatures our venue usually remains open so your event can proceed as planned. Marquees, reception and the artificial tee-off areas are all under cover. Making your way from the carpark to reception or reception to the driving range is not. In the rare event that we need to close the venue due to bad weather or inaccessibility, a full refund will be provided to you or we can reschedule your booking at no extra charge.

Unused equipment or supplies are not eligible for refund.

During the event, should you wish to hire more balls, please refer to our Extras Hire list for pricing.

GUESTS & SECURITY

All guests must leave the venue by their our designated closing times.

Pandanus Park is a wheel-chair friendly venue. There is wheel-chair access to both driving ranges.

The Pandanus Park car park and venue is fully lit at night. Surveillance cameras are in operation in the car park, driving range and reception areas of this venue.

All possessions bought to Pandanus Park are the responsibility of their owner. Please ensure all valuables are kept secure at all times. Guests can report lost property to Pandanus Reception.

Persons exuding behavior that is disruptive, aggressive or offensive to Pandanus Park Staff or other patrons of Pandanus Park will be required to leave the premises immediately.

The event organiser or associated company is liable for any damage to the venue, wildlife, hire gear or equipment caused by their event guests.

CLOTHING

All patrons to Pandanus Park MUST wear covered footwear and respectable clothing.

For any day-time events, we highly recommend all guests wear sunscreen and bring a hat.

FOOD, DRINK & BYO

Guests are most welcome to bring their own golf clubs. Unfortunately we don’t allow patrons to bring their own balls.

Event organisers please feel free to BYO food and drinks; cups, plates and cutlery; decorations, marquees and event signage. You are most welcome to bring your own marquee and set it up yourself at your designated event location. Please indicate on your booking if you will be bringing your own shelter or signage so that we can prepare a space accordingly.

Pandanus Park is not a licensed venue however you are welcome to BYO alcohol, within reason. If liquor is supplied or sold, event organisers are solely responsible for the management of their guests in accordance with Australian Law. If alcohol is to be provided, please ensure your guests arrange a safe lift home.

Please note that our venue is not currently setup to provide hot meals, cold food storage or catering however you are welcome to organize delivery of food or catering on the event date from an external company of your choice. Deliveries cannot be accepted prior to opening times. We do not have the facilities to store food overnight.

POWERED EVENTS

Power can be supplied to your event should you include this in your function package. Feel free to bring your own music, displays or other electronic equipment.

It is a safety requirement of Pandanus Park that all electronic cables are taped down to avoid trip hazards. Please see reception if you require assistance.

PARKING & TRANSPORTATION

There is free on-site parking, however spaces are limited. For larger functions (50+ guests), please confirm availability of parking spaces, chairs and facilities prior to booking.
